CRM Principal Consultant for Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

This is a hands on role responsible for the full range of functional consulting activities.  We’re looking for entrepreneurial self-starters with excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales process in support of sales staff
  • Be primary technical point of contact for customers in all phases of projects
  • Perform CRM evaluations and assessments
  • Deliver various presentations from C-Level recommendations to training sessions
  • Project Management including development and tracking of project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients, create of functional designs, reports and training
  • Configuration/customization and testing of CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, advanced degree a plus
  • 4+ years CRM experience required
  • 3+ years strong experience in Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft CRM environment
  • Previous consulting experience required with at least 2+ years in a client facing role
  • Salesforce and/or Microsoft Certifications a significant plus
  • Willing to travel as required to client sites for requirements gathering, training, etc.
  • Located in the greater Denver, Colorado metro area or willing to relocate

Senior Salesforce.com Developer

General Overview:

  • Function as senior technical member of a team responsible for architecture and design specifications
  • Lead design discussions and white boarding sessions
  • Make technical recommendations of alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis
  • Develop project development estimates
  • Lead development teams through the SDLC
  • Independently write quality code that is reliable and scalable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce.com development experience
  • Development custom apex pages, triggers, and visual force
  • Experience with custom migrations of data into Salesforce
  • Experience with Scribe & managed app development a plus
  • Experience with custom reports. Firm understanding of relevant programming languages such as Java, Apex, VisualForce, SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Salesforce.com certifications a significant plus

Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are currently searching for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Developer/Technical Architect. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as senior technical member of a team responsible for architecture and design specifications
  • Lead design discussions and white boarding sessions
  • Make technical recommendations of alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis
  • Develop project development estimates
  • Lead development teams through the SDLC
  • Independently write quality code that is reliable and scalable
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced developers
  • Other assignments/projects as directed by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 3 + years of MS Dynamics CRM development experience
  • Minimum 5 years general development experience. Firm understanding of relevant programming languages such as C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, etc.
  • Experience with CRM 2011, 2013 required. 2015 is a plus
  • Development of JavaScript, custom workflows, plugins
  • Experience migrating data into MS CRM
  • Experience with upgrades and integrations
  • Experience with Scribe
  • Experience with custom SQL reports
  • Experience with Silverlight, custom solution development and mobile desired

Business Development/Account Executive

We are currently searching for a Business Development/Account Executive, in the greater Denver area, who can help build Antero’s market position through a proven track record of finding, developing, and closing new business opportunities in IT services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead generation
  • Strong sales pipeline creation through successful lead generation including direct sales, networking, professional associations, etc.
  • Provide full life cycle sales expertise from lead discovery through business closure
  • Develop, grow and maintain client relationships
  • Work closely with our consulting management and consultants during the sales cycle
  • Support continuous brand awareness of Antero
  • Establish a strong strategic sales plan.
  • Keep current with all existing and emerging trends in the marketplace

Requirements:

 A self-starter, with the proven ability to work independently and creatively in their search of new prospects and new business opportunities.

  • 5+ years proven track record in IT service sales preferably without a product
  • Previous exposure to CRM technology and related IT services is a huge plus
  • Solid lead generation experience, requiring the ability to locate and grow opportunities through effective networking, required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels within an organization, required
  • Ability to develop/present presentations to key leaders in client organizations required
  • Exceptional team player, with ability to work effectively with delivery team, to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Self-starter able to take a direction and move forward on it
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
