Client required a system upgrade, an improved mobile experience for stability, extensive documentation/support for developing internal best IT practices, user training and help desk support
Client contracted with Antero to replace its existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner to upgrade the CRM from 2011 to 2013, enhance the CRM interface, lower consulting costs and help create best IT practices. In performing the upgrade, Antero created 4 separate environments at the users request for quality control. We stabilized the mobile environment utilizing MoCA, creating a better user experience with less maintenance intensive. Antero worked extensively with IT in developing best practices, standards, procedures and documentation for IT. Extensive customized training includes classroom, web, video libraries, mentoring and documentation. 2nd and 3rd tier Help Desk support will be provided.

Part 1: Utilizing our proprietary Enterprise CRM Assessment Methodology, Antero uncovered all business requirements across 6 companies and matched these needs against multiple CRM products. Salesforce.com was recommended with integrations to finance, marketing automation and events management. Functional design was developed.
Part 2: Antero was awarded development of this project after it was competitively bid to 7 companies. Antero completed development of a comprehensive Salesforce.com CRM for tracking sales, membership, committees, event tracking, vendors, suppliers, invoicing and more. The CRM is highly integrated to third party packages.

Client required a double upgrade of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM system from version 4.0 to 2013.
Antero completed a highly successful, double software upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to 2011 and from 2011 to 2013, on an application with custom code. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule. Antero developed and delivered extensive user training and system administrator as the CRM’s user interfaces changed because of the software updates. We worked with 2 system administrators to mentor them on managing the system and incoming user requests. We provide back-up, on call support to the system administrators as needed. We continue to support the client as system enhancement are needed.

Antero created this company’s enterprise CRM implementation, which is used to monitor their lead/sales process and manage interactions with their clients including initiating, tracking and billing of all service requests. Antero performed the design, development & implementation of the CRM. At the client’s request, Antero transferred system knowledge in-house for allowing the company maintain its own CRM. The client has been successful in upkeep of its CRM.

Audit, troubleshoot and fix non-operational enterprise CRM hub:
Antero was brought in to perform a system audit on a nearly non-operational, enterprise CRM system implemented by a third party costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. All options were open including a rebuild in a different CRM. Although the CRM was badly designed and executed, we recommended the client stay rework the system vs. a rewrite. We successfully and cost effectively redesigned the system for performance, updated code to standards, add functionality, and retrained users to regain their trust in the CRM. Custom reports and plugins manage products sold through distributors and internationally. A seamless, MS Dynamics GP integration processes product shipping and delivery. Users have regained trust in the system.
